“I’m so impressed with this building and their staff. I’ve always had a fear of hospitals & nursing homes but this place has a nice homey feel & it makes our visits pleasant. The nurses are all so passionate and careful when caring for our family member and answered all our questions and concerns about doctor visits and appointments. The dementia care activities are also really great and look like so much fun. I would definitely recommend this facility for other people to bring their loved ones!”

“I really do like the rite aide staff and enjoy watching the teamwork and as for the pharmacy well there was an incident about a month ago. I went to pick up my meds and Elisa appeared to be less than happy. One lady was doing all the work because Elisa was new? IDK.. Elisa was quite rude to me her tone was harsh, her words were cold and she literally tossed my med bag to me from a short distance. Upon speaking to the pharmacy manager she wanted to be able to point me out to Elisa (her words) and even asked me my name only to dismiss me... Hurtful”

There is coffee at the lounge area and while my phone was charging he kept me company in conversation and I cannot express how nice and accommodating he was. Additionally, they have comforts to make your experience that much more lovely. A blanket, movies of all types, and essential oils to boot. I have definitely found my permanent place. Keep in mind that others feel the same as I do for appointments. I had to book mine a month in advance; however, they always have cancellations if you’re flexible.”

“Kia Niro window replacement. Louie responded quickly, and I made an appointment early on a day off of mine. They’ll do window repairs for nicks as big as a quarter, but my window was cracked more than 2 feet across. The work was done in less than 2 hours at the glass doctor lot. The new window is intact and has set nicely. They have a sweet warranty, and I’ll edit my review if I need to update anything in the future. Overall, I’m grateful they didn’t charge nearly anything close to what glass repair companies nearer Palm Springs tried to charge.”

“They have always been helpful. Staff knowledgeable. I purchased 2 phones around Christmastime and the girl told me I HAD to have insurance on the phone for at least 6 months. I needed the phones so agreed. After paying for it twice and ready the third time I asked around and nobody had heard that. When I went in to pay my monthly on the phone I asked clerk about that 6month deal (different girl) and she was a bit confused and said no that was incorrect. I cancelled the insurance and that's the end of that. I wasn't in the mode for getting that employee in trouble for giving false info.....the end”
