(November 14, 2021, 7:33 pm)Roomy store and full of nice offerings from the brand. Plenty for the whole family. A few things on sale but not a bargain shop by any means. The entire outlet mall is nice and plenty of quality brands abound. Definitely recommend if you are into the Columbia brand. Has shoes, gloves, jackets, belts etc. Men and women and some kids and pet stuff. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Luis is very helpful and always ready to answer with any question. He is bilingual which is a plus. 👍👍👍👍👍🔭
(April 11, 2018, 9:30 pm)I stopped in today and was helped by Louis, he went out of his way to go above and beyond to be helpful. I was able to find what is was looking for and it was thirty percent marked down and they gave me a cupon for and additional $20 off.
I'm a Veteran and was treated with great respect as I showed my I.D. checking out.
The assistant manager (Michael) was on duty and also went out of his way to be polite, respectfull and helpful.
They get an A++ in customer service!!!
