This is a new provider started in 2019 and our experience has been wonderful. Three members of the fam need glasses. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 pairs broke within 7 months but it's not the fault of this facility. They were Bebe brand. They did replace the frames within a week and we walked away happy. It was easy.
Our first visit here, my 18 year old has (Diplopia) double vision issues and this was one of the only doctors in the area to offer vision therapy. We had wonderful service and care from every staff member and
Dr. VanGuilder. In fact, we had a great time; everyone was so nice! Kim and Evette were especially kind and helpful. When we left the office my son told me it was the best experience he's had at an optical office, and we've been to many!!!
We will be happy to return for my son's therapy and our glasses, when they come in. Thank you Focus Vision Optometry for making our visit so enjoyable!
