Doug’s So Cal Painting - Canyon Lake Painter

Would absolutely recommend Doug’s So Cal Painting to anyone needing a painting contractor.

Got 3 quotes from painting contractors in the area to paint the exterior of our home and Doug’s So Cal Painting was the middle of the pack regarding price, but had the best time-frame. (started project in 3 days, others quoted 6-8 weeks!) They are a one-stop contractor. The others wouldn’t replace facia boards that needed replacement and said we needed to call someone to replace them before they painted or would try to fill the rotten areas.

Doug’s gave a very detailed estimate, didn’t have to wait days for it either. Doug’s also didn’t take a deposit and you didn’t pay until you were satisfied at the end of the job. The crew showed up on time daily as promised at 8 a.m., were very professional, and easy to communicate with. If there were any questions, they were happy to answer them. They power washed the entire house including the patio cover. They did good prep work: sanded, patched, and caulked around windows. Replaced the facia boards in a few places too. Painted a wrought iron gate and also took down all the light fixtures and replaced them with new ones that were purchased.

All in all, the house looks GREAT!!! Thank you Doug’s So Cal Painting!
