  The staff is amazing. They are kind, considerate and do a great job. Each time I have been seen has been relatively painless, even my tooth extraction didn't really hurt that much. Thanks for improving my smile, and taking such good care of me.

  Courteous, Prompt, and Thorough. From the front office to the chair. The whole team is great. Both my husband and I go to Dr Lai (for about 5 years + now) and I have a mouth full of work and my husband is virgin mouth with no dental work. We both love this office.

  I have been with Dr Lai for more than ten years. His service and dental hygienist take time to explain each procedure, and provide comfort measures throughout the procedure. I like their gentle care to my teeth too. I appreciate the hi tech equipment and pleasant environment with nature video accompanied by soothing music. The receptionist is also awesome and up to date with my appointment. She sends me reminders for my appointments and works with my insurance company for the procedure.

  I didn’t have to wait long at all on my first visit. Dr. Lai also was very nice and pleasant.
  
  On my second visit, I was an hour late, but they allowed me to be seen anyway.
  
  The hygienist was very pleasant as well.
  
  Overall, great dental experience. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone!
