  Von's Pavilion are such nice stores. They have starbucks! and the Floral department is so nice and smells so good especially around Christmas. The stores I shop in are keep well stocked and the staff is real nice. I can usually find what I'm looking for and if I can't it's because the manufacturer has discontinued or are on back order...so I am happy shopping here. They've upgraded their carts which makes it so much easier to manuever around the store. The Produce area is stocked and everything always looks so fresh. I don't buy meat...but I do buy fish and shrimp and Von's has good deals on both so I stock up. There's indoor/outdoor seating, customer restrooms, customer service desk, and self checkout. Great place to shop.

  Anytime I visit Horsethief Canyon, I usually end up making a run to this Vons to grab something extra or whatever. First off it's the closest store around the area, which means generally there's gonna be a lot of people if you go during peak times, which is totally to be expected anywhere you go pretty much. Secondly, this store is massive! Like very very big so there's lots of room and things are spread out nicely, but if you don't like walking or aren't able to then you can ask one of the fantastic employees to help since they provide superb customer service here.
  
  The one downside of this store which has nothing to do with the store itself, is the parking lot. It's a freaking mad house/circus/demolition derby, so prepare accordingly.

  What a wonderful experience. First, the young man in the deli went far beyond necessary for me, while being exceedingly nice about it. Then, the cashier was great. She asked about my family and her interest was genuine. Between the two of them I left feeling special and uplifted. My only regret is that I didn't get their names.
