Animal Medical Center of Corona, Barton C. Huber, DVM, Dr. Bart

I just can't say enough wonderful things about this place, the doctor, and the staff. So very professional, caring, supportive, and thorough. I drive 45 mins for my pets to be in their care.

After looking for so long for a bird doctor I finally decided to wait for an appointment with Dr. Bart even if it will take a long time. I was lucky to talk on the phone with Valerie, she was very nice and also concerned for my bird and promise to call back if there's any cancellation sooner. Next thing I know she called and rescheduled, I was so happy! Dr. Bart was very nice as well and explained me important things about birds and gave me a treatment that seems to work so far. I learned that by boy is actually a female :) My baby feels better and I had a great experience there with professional people that care. Thank you, we will be back.

This Veterinarian Hospital staff and Dr Bart are amazing. They helped my son and I and saved our exotic pet Hammy after another Clinic in Pasadena gave us little hope yet wanted $4000 to even try to treat him after treating him originally in June they basically told us to humanely euthanize our pet . We sat in our car after driving over an hour we were emotional and distraught how could we afford that much money but worst of all how could we say he was not worth it so while in their parking lot we Googled other clinics in the LA area trying to find someone anyone that saw exotics while being pressured by this clinic to make a decision we asked for our pet Hammy and drove to Culver City where we found a clinic that saw exotics but this lead to another dead end as their waiting list was not hourscit was days before being seen.
Hammy was in need of care but he was not critical so after spending all day with no luck we drove home.
I got up the next morning and started making calls a clinic gave me the name to Dr Bart and his clinic was in Corona.
I called and although they were overbooked and had 4 emergencies already their receptionist and staff got us in .
When I walked into Animal Medical Center of Corona I was met my the most amazing staff they were waiting for us to arrive they made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. As instructed I left Hammy as a drop off and and waited for the call.Once he was examined by Dr Bart I was told yes they could do surgery yes there was a risk of Hammy not making it and our cost was under $1000 because at this point Hammy had done significant damage and you know what Hammy survived .
When I picked him up I was greeted by all the faces that at first were only voices over the phone and all the faces that said Yes bring him in the smiles the positive energy was amazing.
I even got to meet Dr Bart . He is the best!! Even when Hammy went home I was given full instructions dos and do nots. They have an after hour number and facility that you can take your pet to that has access to your pet records so they are not trying to guess at what was done .They have an app that helps you schedule appointments and leave messages a number that you can send pictures docs etc.
Yesterday we had to take Hammy back he chewed through his carrier and while squeezing through the hole he tore his sutures out so I went to the app left a message and Hammy was seen with no issues first thing Monday morning.
I cannot say enough about this place.
If you have an exotic pet or pet in general this is the place to go.
I cannot Thank DrBart and all his amazing staff enough.

Great place and very friendly environment for your pet and yourself to take your pet. They provide your pet with its own room and the doctors are great and will examine and and do necessary labs if needed for your pet.
