  John Box is an amazing person, he is there to help! If you need a wheelchair, scooter or parts go there first!

  OMGosh! I just called U2Mobility to ask if they rented out medical equipment and the rep that answered wasn't sure so she connected me with John. What a GREAT guy! He listened as I explained to him that I was looking to rent a specific piece of medical equipment and then very kindly tells me that he is sorry they don't rent equipment but I can use a manual wheelchair for free for up to 30 days! WOW! There was no concern about any type of payment, questions as to who would have the wheelchair etc etc....no politics, just sincere concern; he wanted to help me, he even gave me pointers on how to resolve my situation!! At this point I'm not sure we need a wheelchair but that phone call made me feel so good! Thank you John and U2Mobility for your kindness and positive attitude!

  John Box has extensive experience and is fully capable to work with wide range of mobility issues. I have always had a positive experience working with him and his team. Five stars for their knowledge in all things wheelchair.
