Alicante was home for the last 7 years and would have continued to be here if I didn’t ended up becoming a home owner! The location is excellent, with all major stores within 1-2 miles ( Walmart, Costco, target, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, CVas, Walgreens etc) and proximity to the wood canyon trails and parks nearby. While there have been a lot of changes within the management staff through the years, the one constant has been the amazing maintenance crew servicing the property. They have always been super responsive (even on the weekends and off hours) and have been prompt with fixing issues and replacing items as required. I remember the water being turned off due to a leak in my apt and the staff was able to get me into a staged furnished apartment within an hour to be able to work and live from there till they got the issue fixed which was within the day. The amenities have been great and well maintained and will miss the taco truck that swings by every week ( another perk of being a resident at this beautiful community!). Thanks for making my stay so comfortable all these years!

I can't imagine anywhere else that is better to live. When it comes to maintenance or any other issue the staff here is more than willing to help. I have lived at a few different communities over the years but Sequoia is easily the best management company I have ever lived at. The community really does have a home feel. It is kept clean and the events the host really do bring the community together. I love that they feature different food trucks making dinner an easy affordable grab. 5 stars is truly not high enough, if I could I would rate them 10/5. If you are thinking about living here, stop on by, you wont be disappointed!

Great complex! Been here for 3 years and it's been an absolutely pleasant experience. Spacious apartment. Friendly, supportive staff. Prompt maintenance services. Initially we did have some cockroach issue which went away later with sealing holes in the kitchen/ washroom and bait. Would recommend to anyone!

Recently moved to Alicante. When I called the leasing office the first time, Jessica King was the one to assist me. She was the nicest, most helpful leasing agent you can ask for. She goes above and beyond to help you, guide you, and makes you feel welcomed. She showed up at the office on her days off to check up on me before my move in date. The community is clean and feels like home. I am very confident that Alicante will be a great place to live. If you are looking into leasing with Alicante, I recommend Jessica King as your leasing agent.

Just moved in 1 week ago. Kevin made the move-in and application process extremely smooth (even during this COVID-19 crisis). Kevin was extremely responsive to all of our unique questions and ensured we had absolutely everything we needed prior to moving day. Upon arrival, our apartment was perfectly clean (kudos to the maintenance staff here). The grounds are beautiful and clean as well. The layout of the apartment makes the 1BR apartment seem much larger than our previous apartment of the same size. All appliances are in great working condition. The apartment meets all of our needs and we absolutely love it. A special thanks to Kevin and the rest of the staff for our move-in gifts (unexpected surprise) and the welcome to the community.
