  I always enjoy browsing furniture stores ....but especially Jerome's in Corona. I always find what I am looking for AND the salespeople are always spot on. Tonight was no exception- I walked in close to closing, so I asked Paul for his card when he greeted me .I quickly browsed my areas of interest. As I began walking to the exit,Paul asked what in particular I was looking for and within moments he was giving me a demonstration of Jerome's beds in the Dream Shop portion of this store. Extremely Informative! He even offered a friendly reminder to wait until my home loan has funded to begin ANY financing. I will be going back to see him in approx 30 days;)

  First stopped at Jerome’s a few weeks ago found a few living room sets and left to compare to other stores. Jerome’s quality and choices were far superior coupled with great and friendly customer service brought us back to buy. An entire living room set. Glad we picked the best store with good prices vs the other guys with sales, quality and service always out weigh cheap prices and gimmicks. Thank you Frank at the corona store for all your help.

  We live less than a mile from Jerome’s in Corona. We decided to purchase our first item from them over two years ago and we loved the deal we got! The financing options were great, too. In October we purchased over 5,000 in furniture for our new home but we had a few hiccups. The living room set was damaged when delivered but not visible when we first saw it. We then picked out a new set and they delivered it without hesitation. Well, just this week, my husband and I decided to purchase a new mattress and bed set, so naturally, we went to Jerome’s. Well, the bed we picked was too big for our room when we measured it and without hesitation, went back and exchanged it. I will be sounding like a broken record next, but when it arrived, it was too big!!! I signed off the delivery, so when they left, I knew I had to call and explain what happened and why I completely messed up and signed off on the bed even though it was HUGE! They probably think we are quite indecisive but the reality is, we just anticipated a different height for the mattress and bed frame. In any case, they picked it back up and, tomorrow, I’m having the new set delivered ! I want to give a huge thanks to Debbie and Aaron from the Corona location for all of their help and understanding! Awesome customer service! Thanks so much Debbie for fixing this mess I created !!!! We will always go back to Jerome’s !

  Great first experience at Jerome's in Corona! The furniture expert Leslie was responsive, courteous, and professional. I had an unusual need for a TV table/bench and Leslie made it happen... with next day delivery! That's great customer service!! I will definitely shop there again. Thank you Leslie!!

  Paul was amazing! He was very polite, listened to my preferences, accommodated my requests, and truly delivered what I was searching for. He even went above and beyond to ensure next day delivery! Jerome’s had so many beautiful options to chose from for home furnishings and decor. I’m so glad I decided to check it out! I can’t praise Paul and his customer service enough. He really knows his stuff and I highly recommend asking for him by name because he is passionate about what he does and makes you feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be returning to him for any future purchases!
