Well, I was terrified the first time I visited Dr. Minutello. After I walked in I saw a difference. The staff are attentive and friendly. But, the most comforting factor is Dr. Minutello himself. He knows his craft very well. That's why he was recommended. But, more than that he is gentle and compassionate. When you are in that chair the apprehension melts away. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable. He explains everything. No rushing here.
I told him about my apprehensions with needles. No, problem. He took care of that. I have absolutely no memory of any discomfort.
As for the work he did. It is the best!

A 5-Star review is not enough!!!! AWESOME, EXCELLENT, FABULOUS, BESTEST!!!!!! Dr. Bato, an associate of Dr. James Minutello is INCREDIBLE!!! I was in need of some emergency assistance, cracked tooth and big time infection. My dentist referred me to this office. Boy, I hit the jackpot. When entering, I was promptly met by the front office staff (Chelsa?). She was extremely nice and concerned about Covid. GREAT first impression. After filling out all of the new patient paperwork, I was passed off to Alex. She would be assisting in the procedure She was thorough and knowledgable. She went over what we were going to do and asked me a few times if I understood and had any questions. I asked one and she had the answer!!! I then met the "money person" (wish I had her correct title). She explained all of the costs up front. LOVED IT!!! Next up, was a meet with Dr. Tricia Bato. She would be doing the tooth extraction. Talk about white glove treatment. SHE ROCKS. Thoughout the procedure, she made sure there was no pain and that I was comfortable (numerous times she asked if everything was OK and she told me what she was doing). We took a couple of breaks for me to swallow and simply relax. When all was done, I thanked everyone for their time and care. As I was leaving, TJ, the office manager came out to make sure everything was OK. Boy, what service, what care. Later that night, I received a personal call from Dr. Bato, she was checking up on me, making sure everything was OK.

Let's wrap this up with, TOTAL FIRST CLASS BUSINESS. Everyone I met there was here for me, making sure I had the best of care. Look no further for a great specialist. THIS PLACE IS STUPENDOUS!!!

This is a review solely for customer service with the Staff. I have worked with this staff for some years now, and they are always humble even in these chaotic times. Linda in particular has always gone above and beyond to ensure that your day is brighter after speaking to her. Appreciate the effort of all members of staff. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience! I Listen to music during the procedure and it was done fairly quick. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Always wanting to know how you are doing and feeling about dental work. Lastly, Dr.Minutello called me a few hrs after the procedure to make sure I was okay. Very thoughtful, I don’t see this kind of service often.

Dr. Minutello and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The office was clean and cheerful. He clearly explained every step before the procedure. I cannot think of anything they could have done to improve my experience.
