  Greg from Plumbing Concepts arrived at our house on time . My wife and I work so we appreciated his promptness. I was pleasantly surprised to see him wear foot covers when he entered our house.
  
  In short order he addressed our problem and we couldn't be more impressed with his expertise.
  
  In addition the woman who set our appointment was very professional and helpful. We would enthusiastically recommend Plumbing Concepts.

  We called Plumbing Concepts for the service on our leaky shower faucet. But we did not have same luck this time as 1 1/2 years ago which was fixed in one trip on the same faucet. Water was still dripping after they replaced a new mixer cap on the first service call, more checking on the second call with same guy and replaced another new mixer cap on the third by another person. I was so frustrated for this matter. Finally, Lori sent another technician Anthony to resolve this issue. Anthony was so confident and he did deliver. It has been more than 24 hours and no dripping so far. He is entitled to be the best of the best.
  
  Lori Scheck, company coordinator, was very helpful. She did her best to assist in any possible ways for this matter. We appreciate so much for Lori’s kind assistant and great effort. Lori, you are so awesome!
  
  All the technicians they sent in are very friendly and professional. They always called before they came and showed up on time. Sometimes thing just don’t always run smoothly but they did their best. This did count. Thank you all for your hard work and job well done.
