From my first inquiry to driving away in a new vehicle, Echo Park is doing things right. My initial inquiry was answered quickly, clearly, and helpfully; the quoted price was transparent and the process was explained very well. When I went to test drive the vehicle, Manny even helped me search for other, similar trucks in the network to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When I asked for a day or two to consider the purchase, there was absolutely no pressure - at all. He simply said "I understand, please take your time and let us know". Wow.

I returned in 2 days, because it was the best available deal. And Manny and the team gave me a fair price on a trade in, completed all of the paperwork, detailed the truck, and had me on my way in record time. Overall, buying a car these days is a chore - but Echo Park made it as smooth and pleasant as possible and I will definitely look to them in the future.

This was our first time going to EchoPark and Seth welcomed us the moment we walked in. He provided the BEST customer service I've ever had in any car dealership. He made the experience stress free and provided all the information we needed. He genuinely wanted what was best for us and it showed. EXCELLENT experience!! My husband and I have bought our fair share of cars and this was by far THE best experience! The sales manager, Cody, was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout the buying process. The finance manager, Jeremy, was great. He spoke with us several times as well ensuring everything was working out. And finally our salesman, Daron, was awesome!! He did everything on his power to ensure we left with the car we truly wanted. He was never pushy and never tried to talk us into something beyond our comfort level. Can’t recommend EchoPark enough!!!

Pros: Organization seems to work better off of appointments. I would recommend appointments since they sanitize and pull the cars up so they ready for immediate viewing and driving. We were in and out in 45 minutes to get to our next appointment. I like that we were able to test drive without a salesperson. We ended up purchasing with EchoPark and it was probably the easiest and fastest transaction I've ever had. Loved it since it was late and I was ready to get home.
Cons: Car was given to us with less than a half a tank which was disappointing since I had to drive it 2.5 hours home. I realized this after I had left the lot. They said it would be filled. If you are paying cash, they only take literal cash (who carries that much), debit card or cashiers check. I bank online exclusively so I had to do debit which is fine except that I had planned on using my credit card to earn points. A 12k purchase gives you a lot of points. I think this policy needs to be changed and credit card fees need to be absorbed - it's a fact of life and what they did to save a buck inconvenienced their customer. If you finance, you can only finance through them. If I had been financing, I would have looked elsewhere since my bank had some of the lowest rates in the industry and I wouldn't have had the choice. So bottom line, what I didn't like is the limitation in payment options.

Great experience here! We’ve purchased 2 of our vehicles from Echo Park in New Braunfels and both times the process was quick and painless. The employees are just there to help you get the best price on a great vehicle, no hassle, no haggling, no commission, just all around a great business model. The vehicles in stock are also sold at unbeatable prices, which makes the experience that much better. Overall an awesome option if you’re looking for a great vehicle at a great price. Cliff in particular was awesome! He’s such a friendly face and made the process so easy!

What a great place to call home. The clubhouse and landscaping is absolutely stunning. The residents and owners of the community have strong pride in ownership. The entire community management team welcomes everyone. I truly feel grateful and blessed to be a part of this community. The new solar project and electric vehicle chargers add values and really shows ownerships pride in ownership.
