(March 2, 2020, 10:42 pm)We brought my 5yr old son in for a class almost two years ago and it's been a great experience so far! It's given him confidence, a sense of leadership and commitment. My wife and I eventually decided to switch from 24 hour fitness because we liked everything about this school. We get a great workout, self defense training and have a common interest we could all enjoy together.

(January 21, 2020, 12:12 pm)We have all 3 children at this location. The coaches are professional and patient. The location is kept clean and it’s easy to watch my children during their sessions. They have several coaches per class to reinforce that lessons are learned. The format is perfect, warm up, practical lesson, lecture, memorization followed up by a deep-dive sparring lesson. Overall, My husband and I are very impressed.

(March 15, 2019, 11:26 pm)Went in there today just to get some info. Kendall was super chill, actually took time to explain to me in detail about how things worked. You could tell she loved what she does. Did not try to sell me on anything, felt more like she just wanted to make sure she gave me all the information I was looking for. Glad I walked in, I have not even had one session yet but already know I found my new spot for getting back into training. What was super cool to was everyone who was coming in at that time, parents and kids just seemed super happy to be there. I could tell right away that these people were passionate about what they do and were damn good at it. Thanks for being far above what I expected. Now this is exactly what I was looking for.

The instructors, espec. Coach Saul & Coach Kendall, are top notch, patient & work very hard with their students. They make EVERY new person - man, woman and child - feel welcome.
