Very elated with the application process and with the team they have here at Springs! They’ve made everything possible and easy to follow. Looking forward to a prosperous time living in this community and feeling confident in the outcome moving forward! Thank you ALL Springs staff!
Thanks so much for calling and thanks to Kaitlin as well. The professionalism of these women is remarkable. It has been a rough ride for me since I have been in Rosenberg but these ladies made it a little easier to handle. I also like that everything is close grocery shopping, department stores, nails etc. The apartments are okay, nice floors, but you can hear through the walls I didn’t like that part. There are some things that just can’t be controlled. The gardening my goodness is all day for the work at home people.😊
The dynamic ladies who work in the offices are a powerhouse of dependability. The maintenance crew is outrageously responsive to our needs literally no matter what time it is. If we have any problems whatsoever this apartment staff and crew make you feel like you are one of their own. And that’s just the team working here. The brand new buildings and amenities are not only affordable, but also offer a gorgeous living experience.
This is a great place to live! Very clean, quiet complex. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Pool and clubhouse are clean and user friendly. I have not had a problem with any bugs inside the apartment. Dog parks are large. Not all dog owners pick up dog waste and there is no play area for children. I would highly recommend this community!
Love stopping to eat here. The burgers are always fresh and the beers always cold. I enjoy the areas for the kids and need to stop in and order a pie next time. Thanks
Listen, if you haven't tried this burger joint yet, you gotta go. They really do the lord's work with literally everything on the menu. Also, their is just something about the bacon here too. If you're a fan of a BLT, try Tom's...though I gotta warn ya, they put thousand island dressing in it unless you ask for mayo instead...both are excellent. That Ranch dipping sauce with the onion rings is also the business...Did this post make you hungry? Why are you still reading this? Go to Tom's!
We had burger combos and it was very good. It was their 50 the anniversary so we were given a 10% discount. They don't charge for the first refill also.
We really enjoyed the hamburger (had the classic, cheeseburger, and bacon cheese), fries, and the fried zucchini. The crispy chicken sandwich was "not good" according to my son. Still, good prices, fast friendly service, and had plenty of seating overlooking the koy pond.
The burgers were just okay. Most of what we received was at best warm, even the hamburger buns were not just warm but cold as if they hadn't been under a bun warmer but quickly pulled out of a package and put on the sandwich.
Th fried zucchini's were humongous but also a huge disappointment when they arrived just barely warm and unlike other places where they come out super hot.
What saved this review was the employees who looked they were overwhelmed and experiencing either a staff shortage or that the management team had decreased hours or employees in order to create more profit.
My hats off to the employees who were doing their best to service everyone, but I wouldn't return unless there were some changes in the process.
