Such a cool experience to have coming here. Lenny was awesome, John was great, and Nick was cool. Everyone I spoke with was just as excited as I was to get my first bike. Lenny and John did everything possible to make sure I left with a bike and I did. I’m beyond excited and thankful for all these dudes here. Customer service was incredible and will definitely come back here to buy bike #2.

I found a Harley Davidson Deuce on your website and immediately got in contact with Lenny. We went back and forth via email for a while. I finally decided I would go in and look at the bike for myself. The bike was beautiful, just as Lenny described it to me. It looked even better than the video of the bike he had sent me. Again I went back and forth not sure if I wanted to purchase the bike. Then one day I contacted Lenny and told him today was the day. I went in and purchased the bike. I want to thank everyone at the dealership for a great experience, especially Lenny. He was extremely patient with me during all of this. Thanks again Lenny, you made my experience there amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I originally went to another Indian dealer and I wasn’t to happy with the way the staff treated me I haven’t ridden in a long time and wanted to buy a scout bobber. I was treated like I didn’t belong and I felt completely out of place but Indian dealers are spread out and that was the closest one to me. So I put a bobber on order. I reached out riverside Indian and as soon as I got on the phone I felt comfortable and started asking questions Lorenzo was super helpful and they had a used bobber which he told me that he can have it moved to his store since it was in San Marcos. So I called back on the day I was to go and he said it had sold. But then he said I just got a 22’ that showed up this morning and it wasn’t the exact color I wanted but he said I’ll send you some pics and you can take a look. I called him back after I saw the photos and put my deposit down for it. When I arrived to sign and purchase he had all the paperwork set up and ready to go. I was treated with kindness and respect along with my wife. I was nervous I hadn’t ridden in a long time but they made me feel at ease. I can’t thank them enough for giving me all the info I needed. I had a great ride home. Thanks Lorenzo for making this a great experience and being so kind and Informative. If your dropping money on a new ride go to this place and ask for Lorenzo. I had to travel about 5 hours to go to this dealer from my location, let me tell you these guys are awesome, so friendly, and HONEST.
Lorenzo, the sales guy was so helpful, and the general manager John worked his backside off to make the deal as easy and smooth for ME, not the dealership, as possible. Everyone at this location went above and beyond, and even with the shortage of vehicles, they gave me a very fair deal knowing my situation and in spite of the demand with all these shortages. You won't find this kind of service or practice in too many places! This is the kind of customer support that Polaris is supposed to embody, and these guys represent the brand well!
They also have parts for bikes. I wanted something that's been on backorder, they actually had it. This has become rare these days. Definitely check these guys out. I really love my local dealer, but I would definitely strongly consider doing business here again regardless to how far they are. Thanks so much guys, it was an amazing experience and I love the new bike!

Our experience at Riverside County Indian has been extremely positive. The entire staff here is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I'm really big on customer service and this place is A++! My husband and I bought our 2021 Indian RoadMaster (his dream bike) 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received.

The staff (Lenny & John) were very patient and kind to us while we made our final decisions on the purchase. They made us feel like we mattered and took care of us every step of the way. We've already had the bike in the first 3 services and each visit has been a positive one. The service and parts department (Nick & Gerry) are also very good. I'm completely satisfied with the service they provided on our new bike.

PS: We're absolutely loving this motorcycle. The RoadMaster is the best and the most comfortable bike I've ever had the pleasure riding. Does not disappoint!! WE LOVE INDIAN!!
