  I was just there about an hour ago or so to get a charger for my phone (I left mine at home) and I purchased one and got to work and it didn't wok... So I went back to exchange it and Juan (the METRO Rep) went to test them himself to see if it was defective... Turns out it was defective and he went to try get a replace charger (same brand and make) and that also was defective... So he offered a better brand charger and went to test it before selling it to me and gave me my full refund for the first charger and I purchased the other charger and gave me a discount on top of that.... NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE!!! Definitely a must stop by to get a phone, phone insurance, a case, and/or a charger.... GREAT JOB JUAN!!!!
