  I loved the 30 minute classes and the convenience of showing up and being able to start the rounds right away. Steve and staff are so nice, helpful, and they provide a welcoming environment that encourages you to keep working out.

  I started coming here about 7 months ago and love it!! You can drop in any time, it’s only 30 minutes long but the best workout! You wear a heart monitor and it tells you how many calories you are burning - I burn about 350 calories each time! It’s super fun and each “round” is only 3 minutes long. (There are 9 rounds, hence the name) Punching the bags is such a great stress reliever and you also jump rope, lift weights, do ab exercises, etc and it changes every single day so you never get bored. Oh and the staff are all so nice and amazing and encouraging! Steve even texted to check on me when I hadn’t been in a while. Highly recommend this place!

  We love 9round fitness center, not only is this a great way to get your workout in quickly, the trainers are truly motivating and keep you working hard. They always greet us with a smile when we walk in and are totally pushing us to do our best the entire time. I honestly don't know what I would do without this place. Steve the owner is wonderful and always makes all the clients feel like family. I highly recommend 9round!

  This workout experience has been a pleasant experience from the beginning. I like the small, personalized, family- oriented atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and interactive. My kids and I love it. It’s a great workout for all of us, a 1/2hr is perfect for our busy lives, and the membership is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend 9Round if you’re looking to get in shape but don’t have hours to spend at the gym.

  Absolutely love 9Round! I first started 9Round in 2017 and fell in love with the concept! It has been the only place where I am excited to workout! Joining this 9Round location at the beginning of Jan. 2021 was so welcoming and comforting regardless of COVID! The sanitizing protocols allow you to work out in peace with no worries! And not to mention that staff is so caring about their members and are driven to help us reach our fitness goal! I will be moving out of state in May and know that every gym I try next, I will compare to this great experience and fitness journey I have had here at 9Round!!! Highly recommend!! (Like really guys!! Sign up for the free trial workout if you don’t believe me!!)
