  I was moving, a lot of stress, tiredness, and hungry were picking up at night. After my last trip to the storage with the truck, my 5 years old niece was with me and she decided last minute to have McDonald's for dinner. The closest was the one in Eastvale like 5 minutes in route to the house. I had my family waiting to start moving furniture inside the apartment. The truck was too big to order in the drive through, online ordering said wait time 30 minutes. So I decided to walk in to the pick up door, I explained my situation and urgency to the manager and he helped me to place the order and expedite the preparation. He was wonderful. Thank you for understanding the situation and put himself in my shoes. The manager that day deserves a big recognition because staff like him makes companies succeed.

  I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food to be prepared, but when it was handed to me in the parking lot, I met one of the employees and I must say, she has had to be one of the most KINDEST employees I have met throughout my whole life. She has dyed red hair and was about 5'2 or 5'3 with a little toy keychain hooked on her pants - which I thought was very cute. I never got her name, but nonetheless she was very sweet. The food also tasted great, despite the wait! :).
