For a person who was nervous about stepping into a gym, this was one of the best decisions I have made. So if you are intimidated by big gyms and want to kickstart your fitness journey, try 9 Round Fitness. The trainers are amazing.
I want to give a special shout out to all the wonderful trainers, Alex, Nathan, Peter, Megan, Shane, Sam, Brain, Natalia, and Jo Thanks for always motivating me to be the best version of myself in the gym and for giving me the push I need to maximize my workouts. You all are the best -

They maintain a clean gym and are very motivating. The trainers are skilled, attentive, and give you just the right amount of push when you need it. The workouts vary so much every day that it never gets boring. I have seen an improvement in my endurance and strength in a very short time.

(August 24, 2022, 7:51 am)Intense, fun, and quick workout. It is surprising how hard of a workout you can get in just 30 min. The trainers are right there with you guiding you through the exercises and encouraging you along the way. The gym is good for complete beginners and seasoned gym people alike. Every week they mix-up the training so it keeps the training fresh. The owner and staff are super cool and I am recommending this place to my family and friends.
