Desert Palms Manufactured Housing

I had spoken to Christina on the phone and was asking about homes, she was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of insight on different things. I'm not ready to buy a home yet, but when I am I'll most definitely be back!

Nice . Clean. A lot car arround. Children's a lot noise in there. .

ARICELLI SMITTY DANIELLA AND JOE MARCUS AND SAL ARE GREAT. I HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME AND. TOOK CARE OF IT. IN MY BOOK THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE.THEY REALLY DO CARE AND TAKE CARE OF MATTERS!!!!!

Although I'm new to RV living...I've had absolutely NO issues since being here six months. The staff has been decent to me. The workers are friendly, and work hard cleaning and maintaining the park. Rent is computerized, which makes it easy and efficient.
My space is near the street, which makes it hard NOT to hear the traffic...but after dark here in the 55+ area, it seems nice and quiet.
Although this is my first RV experience, I feel safe and comfortable here, and am happy to give them four stars.

My first visit was nice, although I was just dropping off my girl at a friend's my visit was short it's a quiet place easy to find and fairly large mobile home park. Like most parks there's no street parking and sound travels. So you have to be quiet in there to not disturb other residents. It's most common with all parks, I did like the palms at the main entrance. They have lites at night on the which looks great .
