The agent that help me was very professional answer all my questions in regards to Medicare and when is the time to enroll. She also explain to me the benefits of the plan. I was explain the benefits I will get with a plan that my doctor takes. The agent Ricardo is the agent and was very knowledgeable. I will refereed my aunt to come here so they can help her too.

I have been struggling getting care for my dad and she honestly took the time to not only explain it to me but she spoke Spanish and was able to explain it to him! In ways he could understand! I'm grateful I found Meraz insurance and especially grateful for Laura and all her help!!

They have help me with many things and the follow up is unbelievable! Ever representative treats you like your their Mom! We all love and care for our Moms, right? They call just to check on me.

Macy’s after 42 yrs of service. I know what customer service looks like!!!! This group are beyond spectacular!
