All in all-great service! I did have to call twice before leaving a message since initially I didn't really listen to the prompts honestly. Left a message, Erma called back same day, helped my elderly mother make an appointment within the same week. The paperwork was intense! but had enough time to fill out as we waited about 15-20 minutes after appointment time...HOWEVER - Dr. Tawfik is an absolute blessing to the medical field in town. She's worth the wait!!! She listened intently to mothers concerns without rushing her or dismissing her & the nurse Teresa was very warm and pleasant, she gave us her labs slips and medications & we were on our way. The referrals did take about two weeks to process, but it was figured out. And the follow up appointment given by the blonde lady up front was given incorrectly (wrong patient name, date & time) she seemed frazzled and out of place so she could have been just jumped in to help the department? The pharmacy in there is also a plus!!! Can't wait for the lab next door. Great addition to our community, we registered for the Community Center next door Stefanie & Tonisha were an absolute pleasure. Thank you ladies of Optum for running such pleasant facilities.
