He gets the job done excellently - he is efficient, always careful with your home, cleans the carpet very thoroughly, and is reasonable in pricing. If the carpet can be cleaned, Livingston can do it! I recommend him without reservation!

I don't know what Zerorez puts in their water but my carpet stands tall and not just for the first few days but forever. I even had an area rug done as well and my friends where like you carpet look so tall and defined. I won't use anyone else anymore.
