(October 23, 2018, 11:00 am)Five Stars is not enough!! To rate Doug and his staff in a few words would be : BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! My experience with Sterling was stellar from the first conversation I had with Doug. Based on what he said from the start, we purchased a motorhome unseen 2,700 miles away in Florida. It was with the understanding that if we weren't satisfied when we went to pick it up, we could walk away with no money out of pocket. I decided to test that.. and he was starting the paperwork for a full refund when I came to my senses and kept the MH. It was all he said and more! We couldn't be happier! To put this in perspective, he was doing a customer of his a favor and was not making any profit on this sale. He spent a great deal of his time, effort and his crew to make us happy. His staff even fully serviced the MH for our trip back to Florida. These are all great guys working as a team. Of all the people in business that I have dealt with in my life, Doug Parady is hands down to be the most honest person I have ever met in this line of work. (July 30, 2018, 7:35 pm)I was introduced to Sterling RV when i met the owner, Doug, passing out his business card at the balloon and wine festival, over 4 years ago. I have been an RV owner for over 20 years and I was satisfied at the time with my current service center. Doug invited me to tour his facility and meet his staff. I bought another RV, slightly older and I took it to Doug. Doug got me a reasonable warranty, went through the entire coach and I was completely satisfied with the work they produced. Service and sales is what they do, but its the leadership, integrity, and honesty of the owner, Doug, who keeps me coming back. I would recommend Sterling RV for all your service and purchase needs.....

(January 25, 2018, 11:46 pm)I recently had one of the front jacks on my 5th wheel collapse. Fortunately, it was still on my truck so no damage occurred to the rig. I called Sterling RV and they go me in right away. I brought the rig in on Monday and it was done on Thursday! They worked with my warranty company and the entire process was smooth as silk. The jack is working fine and Sterling has earned all my RV related business.
