  Great place to workout!
  
  For a very long time I’d lived an inactive lifestyle. But then 8 months ago I made the decision to change the way I lived. I was a bit nervous and shy to try out fitness again after having a few bad experiences at other gym locations in the past. But I am so glad I tried this place out. The place is very clean. The first person I met was Coach Amy. She was so friendly and welcoming. Being here for about 7 months now I got to meet the other coaches too and they are so awesome! They are optimistic, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and make the workouts fun. They try their best to keep a positive environment. They are very watchful by making sure we are doing reps correctly. I have noticed how they try their best to greet everyone that walks in and to remember peoples names. I no longer dread going in for a workout. I actually look forward to it! I am very grateful for this place.

  The coaches are awesome!! They’re always willing to answer any questions you have and also keep you motivated throughout the work outs. Great atmosphere, I enjoy going to class! I would recommend Strong 1st Fitness to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

  I love this boot camp! I been to a few others and this one is great. I love all the staff & coaches they're friendly, fun and motivating! they take the time to correct your form. The owner truly cares about her clients and treats everyone professionally... also, you get to meet great workout buddies along the way!

  Excellent friendly coaches. The class schedule is great for before work or after work. It's a positive environment with a variety of exercises that target your entire body. I joined because I got tired of working out alone at home and I was bored doing the same workout video or treadmill everyday. You will get and feel stronger with Strong 1st.

  Great coaches, flexible hours.
  Coaches are always available to help, not only with your fitness routine but with your nutrition as well.
  I have back issues and they keep an eye on me and modify my exercises to avoid injuries. I feel good and content, routines are fun and challenging keeping you engage through the whole hour.
