I have the best associate to deal with her name is tina. She's great, funny kind and so easy to talk to. All my food is flash froozen. Individual serving sizes. From freezer to fridge food is good for at least 4-5 days. They have so many options it's crazy. We have been members for 8 years. Never had any problems tina couldn't fix. We would recommend this product/company/tina to anybody who wants comparable prices yet with better quality. Try it out and mention my name. Amy
