  I just love their 2 for $1.00 tacos on Monday and Thursday... and apparently so do many other people.. they sell out 85~90% of the time. They also have a big selection of food to choose from. Plus they do have a bathroom and they take credit cards.

  Great little hole in the wall taco place. Don't let it's location fool you, food and service are up there with bigger taco places. You will run into friendly locals that will tell you how long they've been coming here. Monday and Thursdays are taco days, 2 carnitas or steak tacos for a buck and they're served with plenty of meat. My favorite tacos are the "lengua" ones, a must try. They also have a FULL menu of all your favorite Mexican food delicacies. Salsas in salsa bar do need some upgrading in flavor and consistency though. Girls at the register are always sweet and courteous.

  Its the best food in town. Don't go to tacos elsinore #1 though. I'm a bit of an idiot and have been there 5 times. Every time ended very badly for my maid. She hates tacos Elsinore #1 and is smart because she learned from my mistake of having eaten there 5 times. She says she's been traumatized and gets the shakes when she drives by it because of me. She avoids that whole side of town actually and drives an extra 15 minutes to my house because of the trauma. I think thats a little too much but she won't discuss it with me. I've learned not to bring it up anymore. I hate when women cry.

  This is a fantastic local place, that given the name it really does justice of representing the city's culinary heritage. I've been coming to this place for years and I'm not planning on stopping anytime soon.
  The irrelevant issue I have with this place os that its always packed, generally a small wait of like 10 min to order food but once you get your food its totally worth it.
  During the weekdays they have specials that are really a bargain. And regular menu is quite extensive so you can always find something to eat.
  It has been remodeled recently so if you haven't been here in a while... come check it out
