(December 4, 2018, 10:04 pm)We love living here. We’ve been here for five years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The neighbors are wonderful and the sense of community is like nothing we’ve ever experienced in apartment living. So lucky to live here!
(November 26, 2018, 12:07 pm)Moved here in March. This place is your own little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. You can actually see the stars due to hardly any light pollution. The staff has gotten better and everything is running smoothly. There are a few trailheads all around the property. Camping is also nice here, there is a large area for group camping. Alas, this review wouldn't be complete with mentioning the Candy Store. I am not a big fan of candy, however the homemade pies and sweets are delectable. The take me back to my grandma's home cooking.
(November 14, 2018, 9:33 pm)I have been living in the Ortega Oaks Campground for almost 3 months with my husband and 5 month old. We drove our family and 5th wheel across country from Western NY for a great job opportunity. So far we are very pleased with the atmosphere, people and staff at Ortega Oaks! Not knowing California at all, we have certainly found ourselves a peaceful oasis. With the ocean being a 30 min drive and several trails in our backyard, there is always something to do! We truly lucked out with discovering Ortega Oaks as a safe place to raise our daughter. We look forward to our time here at Ortega Oaks!
