My space is smaller than advised. When I asked them they said "that's just how they measure it."
Staff, with mandated contact, is generally unpleasant. There is one good one.
Speed limit is 5 mph... And a manager told me I was going to fast. 10 is a no no.

There is a new automatic gate. Interactions with the staff have decreased, however, they have been pleasant (actually it was a nice conversation). Big improvements!
