  Ok, review time... I cannot say enough about Lakeview Auto & Diesel!
  
  Just when you think you’ve heard it all... after 30 some mechanics in 6 states charging for pricy parts over a span of 7 years, and a check engine light that refuses to shut off and my Ford E150 quitting on a whim when driving, I finally took my van in to Nick & Heimy with only a couple weeks left on my license plate and they promised to find the problem. YEP, I’VE HEARD THAT A FEW TIMES BEFORE! Well, when all is said and done they not only kept their promise, they delivered exceptional service! I AM IMPRESSED!
  
  My van’s overnight visit ended up with a three week nightmare for Nick, Heimy, Cassie and Kim! I had a cracked and patched egr valve spacer and a melted fuel regulator with a melted off hose that we’re the main culprits and of course the egr valve spacer was obsolete. No one gave up though and when absolutely every avenue was exhausted (almost 2 weeks of creatively trying to have a functional part or replacement) the exact part popped upon eBay and they didn’t hesitate to buy it. The seller called to make sure the purchase wasn’t a joke (the seller was originally going to toss it). So with the replacement part in and a few new codes and smoke tests and other sensors replaced the van was finally ready for the smog test! And... it passed with flying colors!
  
  The team was exceptionally patient and professional, they texted me pictures and kept me informed of the progress the whole time. With their great effort (above and beyond) and a bit of divine intervention my van runs almost new- no whistles or whines, no choking or stalling and NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT for 3 days straight now (the light used to shut off only when the engine stalled out)... no problems even when hauling my Travel Trailer last night. When I step on the gas the engine gives a powerful pickup which I wasn’t expecting either... but it’s great for California driving!

  Our family has been taking our vehicles here for years. Jaime is an absolutely wonderful mechanic. I've recommended this shop to a number of people and everyone has been extremely pleased. Nick is always helpful and as honest as they come. I don't ever see a reason to go anywhere else!!

  If you have a problem, Nick will go above and beyond to take care of you and fix any problems you have with your vehicle in such a professional and understanding manner. I am so thankful how smoothly everything went and how well I was taken care of. I Would recommend Lakeview auto. You can trust that whatever you need done, will get done. Not only was everything done professionally, but also quickly and efficiently. Thank you again so much!

  This place is small but the service they did on my car was that of a big name dealership the owner is very friendly and knows his cars. I was in and out with in a decent time for a oil change and car check up. Highly recommend will be come back for life.

  Lakeview is awesome. I can always count on them to do quality, honest, fair priced work. I will only take my car to them. They are always great and friendly. I trust them 100% which is rare to find. Thank you again Lakeview. Oh and to correct a previous review, Nick is still there,
