(April 3, 2021, 3:24 pm)Alex is a great guy, very personable and quick on his work. I took my action to him and fixed a broken hammer for me, a few felts that fell off and some missing springs. Then he put the action back in my player piano, made sure everything worked, fixed some sticking keys and gave it a tune. Then he gave it a quick play test and wrapped everything up.
