If you have not used her services yet, shame on you. My wife uses her for eyelashes and i use her for waxing. If you did not know, she is an artist, and has a masters degree in architecture. Thus she is wired to design. I’ve found Noina to be fast, efficient and caring about her work. Give her a try. You will not be disappointed. Also, her eyelashes are proprietary, and last longer.
