I loved that I didn't feel rushed and that Dr. Spicer actually took the time to have a conversation with me. It seems so rare these days. Even though I wasn't a candidate for surgery, Dr. Spicer still went above and beyond in his evaluation, diagnosis and recommendations for follow-up care.
