The nurses and doctors here are caring and compassionate. I have confidence in each of them. I do not worry about having a favorite. But Michelle was very helpful with calming my heart yesterday.

Very professional and not a long wait time. Waiting area was clean and enough seating for all appointments. Exceptional patient services and Nurse Maria was amazing! She made sure if I needed anything or assistance, she was able to help. Thank you for the very best experience. I definitely recommend this location.

I have to say that I did wait a long time for my appointment that was at 3:30. I didn’t see Dr. Phillips until like 430. But I understand that she is very thorough with your patients because she is that way with me. So I still it will give them five stars for the care that they give. Just be ready to wait for your appointment

This office is conveniently located in Menifee in a nicely decorated office building. Today the wait was long- about 45 minutes, but both the nurse and the nurse practitioner apologized for that. Once I was called in, everything went smoothly as my vitals were taken and then shown to an examination room. Michelle abroad, the nurse practitioner entered soon after. She asked why I was there and verified my information. She allowed plenty of time to answer my questions and explained the details of the condition. She was attentive and thorough. I felt that I was well cared for.

I believe I’ve seen almost all their doctors and nurses. Today I was treated by NP Michelle. She spent a lot of time covering my issues and I am very impressed with her. She also isn’t one to jump on giving me a bunch of unneeded pills and she is so smart with her explanations regarding my condition. This facility is really the best medical care the IE has to offer.
