It was a pleasurer to have Gabriela as our agent. My husband and I had pass experiences with other agents years go when selling a property and they weren't very pleasant ones. We need to sell our property now but we felt very nervous on finding an agent do to pass bad experiences. We called a couple agents we found in Google being Gaby one of them she was the only one that answer all our question and gave us great advice with out making us feel compromised with her. She assured us, she would help us with our sell when we felt ready no pressure at all. When we felt ready to sell she was very organized, acted in a very timely manner and always acted professional. She is very knowledgeable about the market there fore gave us great advice. Gaby negotiated on our behalf always thinking on my families benefit. Gaby is a great negotiator she will do the best for her client's. We had a great sell thanks to Gaby. We couldn't of found a better agent. Buying a home is never easy, specially if it's your first home purchase. Everything is so confusing and one has so many questions. The market has been crazy for the past 2 years and one can feel lost at times. Luckily! From the first call we made to Gabriela , she was super helpful and eager to help. She wasn't officially our agent at the time, but! that didn't stop her from answering all of our questions and putting her skills and knowledge at our disposal. It didn't take long for us to snatch her up as our Agent and we never looked back. Her tailored made home search app, made it super easy for us to browse through homes. Any house that we were interested in, she would give us all the information she had and if she didn't have the info in a house..she would find it! In the end we bought a new build. Even though building companies pretty much do everything in-house, Gabriela was there every step of the way. She made sure everything went smooth. We are extremely happy in our new home! Gabriela went above and beyond to sell our rental home and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Gaby’s incredible work. Gabriela brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous first time buyers. Gabriela was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience and would highly recommend her!!

Gaby is awesome! She put up with my endless questions and my texts at all hours of the night and day trying to understand this whole process of selling our home. She told me from the beginning to trust her to take care of everything, and that turned out to be the best advice ever. Selling your house is stressful enough. You need an agent you can trust to have your best interest in mind, and who will negotiate on your behalf unconditionally. Gaby is that person.
