  Edit: 3 years later and we are still going to this office. I now have 3 kids and all of them are patients at this office. They have since moved in to a new office a few doors down from the original location. Dr. Busto is still the BEST Dr. out there in the area and we love her. She always makes us feel welcomed and listens to our concerns and continues to offer the best advice. I however have noticed that now it is VERY hard to get anyone on the phone during certain times. I understand that they are very busy and that we are not the only parents in the area with children. I would highlight encourage you to visit their online portal if you are a parent of a patient at this office. You can do anything from scheduling appointments, to sending your child’s Dr. a medical question. They are so good about replying within normal business hours if not they will get to your message me when they get the chance. Also another thing that I totally love about pediatric partners is their “After Hours” Line. If they are already closed and you have a medical question Simply call their phone number and choose the option to talk to the Dr. on call and they either answer or you need to leave a voice message but then truly do call within 30 minutes, if not sooner. I continue to recommend this pediatric office. You just have to understand that you are not the only patient.
  
  Original Review: I loved it here! I went in for my newborns first visit and right when I walked in I felt very comfortable to be there. Their office is decorated very cute (jungle theme) the office was not crowded or anything. I walked up to the front desk and right away I was aknowledged, I was a few minutes late but we all know how that first trip out with a newborn is. When I got there although they were on a call they made eye contact with me to let me know they would be with me soon, as soon as they were off the phone they asked me to fill out all my paperwork. As soon as I turned everything in I was called back in less than 5 minutes right away they checked babies weight, height, etc.. And after that they took us to a room and we waited for the Dr. About 5 minutes. We saw Dr. Busto she is really nice and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, as I was kind of nervous at first. She answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. I totally recommend Pediatric Partners.

  Dr. Busto is great! She is never condescending like doctors sometimes are. I've never felt like I had a stupid question or was being rushed. She is very knowledgeable and also relaxed. She made being a new parent a little less scary. I also have never had a problem at this office. All the staff has always been friendly and as helpful as possible.

  Dr Busto is amazing. She has the perfect type of personality for working with children. The office is well staffed, friendly and thourough with referrals to specialists.
