My family had a similarly positive experience: 10 of us surprised my Grandfather with dinner, and the staff cleared out a conference room, brought us chairs, and generally went out of their way to make everyone feel taken care of. I joked that the if we had asked for a chaise lounge, they would have tracked one down for us. Though no one wants a loved one to require extended medical support, I'm happy and reassured that my Grandfather is surrounded by staff who clearly care.”
