(November 8, 2018, 3:35 pm)10 stars. Took a while, really busy, selfish not wanting to share my excellent find. I took 3 machines in to Terry. They had been butchered elsewhere and were my only 3 so I was unable to even rotate machines to complete projects. He is the greatest! I want laud his credentials, but he has them. Polite, professional, extremely competent, thorough, excellent turnaround. ..I could go on. I have been sharing him with a few very good friends. Worth the drive. Totally satisfied. Can't wait for them to need tune-up again.
(November 4, 2018, 6:00 pm)Terry saved my 35 year old serger from extinction! I was told at a sew and vac repair shop that I needed to throw it away. Terry put in a new timing gear and was done in a timely manner. He also charges reasonably. Thank you so much, Terry!!

(May 26, 2018, 9:56 pm)In the middle of a crazy sewing project for a children’s theater with a performance coming up- my serger stopped working. With little time to spare and a holiday weekend approaching I was so nervous about the turn around time for repairs in shop.
Terry’s was able to assess the issue quickly and got it back to me ASAP! I couldn’t recommend him enough! He saved this project and the machine runs beautifully now
