Good part :Clean nice park, has a bathroom (berry important, especially going with the kids) picking area
And I personally like to be close to a houses or street,
In case of emergency, You never know.

My kiddos call this park "the blue park" due to the amount of blue colored park obstacle and steel structure. Compared to park down the street, this area is often less crowded. Bathrooms are also cleaned daily.
