Amazing experience and customer service!!! Raul is the best! I needed my front brake pads replaced and Raul responded quickly with a quote and same day appointment. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and a complete professional. The convenience of him coming to my house was priceless! I didn’t have to worry about taking my vehicle to the dealer or waiting around at a shop. Raul took pictures of the work he completed and I couldn’t be happier. My car was overheating so I needed someone to come out and Raul stopped by to help on Thursday. He was very responsive and knowledgeable, he walked me through the issue and what parts were needed to fix the problem. I was able to get the parts the day after on Friday and he was available on Saturday, within three days my car was back up and running! Raul is the man, I will definitely hit him up next time I run into any issue and will recommend him to anyone that has any car trouble

I'm new to Riverside, and my wife and I have not been here all that long. I've taken my 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT 3.6L to a couple of mechanics in my area... and while all were ok, Raul surpassed them ALL with flying colors. He was completely professional, thorough, answered all of my questions, and very good skills and experience.

He had to replace:

- Serpentine Belt

- Idler Pulley

- Idler Pulley Tensioner

- Oil Filter Housing

- Spark Plugs

- Ignition Coils

- Drain, and replace Brake Fluid

- He did everything phenomenally, and now my car is running beautifully again!

I am VERY weary of whom I let work on my car, and I have to say that with Raul I feel at ease knowing he will take care of the issue in no time at all. Pricing is very reasonable, and was prompt.

Raul is the man! I don’t think I can ever trust someone else to take care of my vehicles anymore; messaged him to do a general maintenance on my SRT8 and a noise coming from the hood, he identified the issue immediately and replaced a water pump that was leaking… definitely message him for all your car needs he won’t disappoint.

Yes it happened to me, my car broke down in the middle of the highway. Fortunately I found Raul’s contact info on the website, he bailed me out during this freezing weather, my serpentine belt gave out on my truck. He came to pick me up and went with me to buy the parts and he helped me out by trouble shooting the truck and fixed it at a reasonable price! You can’t forget about these things and I will definitely remember this great hospitality. Great service!
