(March 24, 2018, 3:07 pm)Employees don’t always know what they’re talking about. I went in with an iPhone that was completely unlocked and the rep said it wouldn’t be able to be used on my account. I asked her to check again as I knew that Sprint phones aren’t able to be used with Metro PCS, but this one had been unlocked and iPhones are pretty much usable at every carrier if unlocked. I finally had to tell her it was purchased at Apple just to get her to check. Of course it worked. I wish they were a bit more knowledgeable. But the service is just fine.
