(July 3, 2022, 6:30 pm)Pretty kept up. Most homeowners keep to themselves and small groups. Very child friendly with access to pool and playground. Rent is doable with a decent income. Although Management shifts kind of frequently, most everything is consistent for community guidlines.

Management is strict at maintaining and honoring community and city rules, for the benefit of every single resident. Those who complain about how strict management is do not know how to live cohesively and in community with others. Denise is a great manager, and very much appreciated!

Many people think it's acceptable to park in their yard, pile junk in their carport, have loud parties or play loud music, block streets and public right-of-way, keep their dogs outside 24/7 and allow them to bark all the time, and let their unaltered cats roam. These are rules and regulations for the park as well as city, county, and state ordinances.
I've lived in Santiago Estates Sunnymead since 1980. There have been dozens of managers, good and not so good. The manager's responsibility to maintain standards and rules set by the park owners. Denise is a caring and empathetic manager who works with home owners so they can maintain their homes and lots to the park owners, city and county health department, and state licensing requirements and to permit all residents to live in peace. She gives written notices only after residents have been reminded verballhy several times of local noise ordinances, animal control ordinances, parking violations (fire code violations).
If people would be considerate of their neighbors and keep their lot uncluttered and weeds removed, properly care for their pets and clean up after them, there would be no problems.
