(June 5, 2021, 3:30 pm)I brought my adult daughter here with a crisis related to chronic health issues and I cannot thank them enough. Her nurse Megan was phenomenal and all the doctors and other personnel were knowledgeable and kind and gave her the very best care.
But the staff who made me cry tears of gratitude was David the EVC (I think those initials) Ambassador: aka housekeeper. He came in and made my daughter smile for the first time that day and before he left he sang a few bars of the gospel song, Stand. His voice was like an angel and it brought tears to my eyes. The most meaningful and beautifully unexpected moment I’ve ever had in a hospital.
Thank you all so much.
