Found this tire shop after searching around and a buddy of mine recommended them. Most of the other shops had bad reviews and this one did not. They change and balance my tires with no issues at all. Car rides smoothly after the services. No scuff markings on my tire wheel rims definitely a sign they did a superb job. Definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, friendly and affordable shop. Thank you Big Brand Tire in Murrieta Hot Spring branch staff.

This is really amazing place! I had a low air pressure and thought it needed a tire. Jessie dropped me off at my office and picked me up after he was done with my car. When I went to pay, he said no charge…???? It was just a nail so no charge….??? What??? Where can you find an honest business operation like this these days? Big Brand Tires has a customer for life! Two thumbs up guys!!!!

Car maintenance businesses simply do not get better than this location. I will bring my cars here for all my needs outside of dealer required service items. Five stars. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Cody's shop to any and everyone that needs tire replacement work and automotive repairs. He took care of me with a very unique situation after I had 1 of 4 tires blowout/explode on my vintage trailer and I needed to replace it plus the old original spare from 1969. He researched extensively online to find the exact match to my other 2 tires that I just had installed in March earlier this year. I also bought a new/used refurbished rim for the spare and he will mount and balance it for me! Thank you for your story Cody, I enjoyed talking with you, bless you brother!

Big Brand Tires took over a tires service company that had been going for years. They opened a business 1.2 miles from my resident which was great. I visited Big Brand tires to check to see was my records from the other company was transferred and they were very helpful and everything was transferred. I browsed the shop and everything was the same as far as services needed. I look forward to making them my chose for service. Update got service done at Big Brand Tire service today and was very pleased with my service, the service manager was polite, professional and courteous as well as the other team members. The shop was clean and very organized..they offer a full service package. I would highly recommend them to family and friend cause I believe you would be in good hands with great quality service.
