    All of the trainers are so amazing, and they each challenge you in different ways, with new exercises each time. They focus on form and high reps, but they always make sure you are working and using weights within your body limits. They will push you if you want to push yourself, and they will cheer you on regardless of how much weight you can handle or how many reps you can do that day. They make you feel like family

    Great trainer! Feels like home! Gained 15 pounds of muscle since I joined. Keith Gallo is hands down the strongest/most disciplined trainer in the valley!!!!

    Comfortavle environment to work out. Not intimidating. Family owned and operated and they are great people! They will push you to your goals!

Both Keith and Heidi have kept me on a strict schedule , held me accountable to Reps is the best training facility I've ever been to. They are extremely helpful, push you to do more without "over doing it".
