My experience was great. Donn from big orange came on time. He installed a kitchen faucet, replaced a shower head and toilet fill valve.
Donn was very professional, courteous, very kind and most importantly honest. Didn't try to sell me anything. He is very straight forward.

I called Big Orange Plumbing to have a spigot for my hose in the backyard replaced. The girl who scheduled my appointment was friendly & scheduled Miguel to come out the next day. Miguel was on time, friendly & professional. I have health problems so I really appreciated that he asked me if I'd like him to wear a mask while working. Since he was working outside, I didn't think it was necessary, but I thought it was very respectful of him to ask. Miguel worked quickly & efficiently & in no time the job was done! I'm a happy customer & would definitely use Big Orange Plumbing again.

Nate, Tina and Zachary are as professional as they come. They are friendly, courteous and most importantly honest with their recommendations. They understood our situation and accommodated us in their all booked busy schedule (last minute). They’ve been to our house twice but feels like, we have known them for years.
