  this place is beautiful and the all the staff greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Also Erin and Jaci at the front are awesome and answered all my questions and took me on a tour. Highly recommend, great facility.

  Came in for a tour and all I can say is wow!! This facility is beautiful, definitely state of the art skilled nursing facility I’ve seen in a while. I’m a traveling nurse and have seen plenty of facilities and none can compare to The Springs! Jackie, Admissions Director gave me a lovely tour and answered each of my serval long questions I had and she had an answer for each one of them. Very professional lady with such a lovely smile!! She can definitely brighten any patients day with that smile! During my tour, I got to walk past the nurses station, who were all very friendly and professional. I got to greet a few of the patients, who had nothing but great things to say, especially about the amazing food! I will definitely be recommending this place to my colleagues.

  This is an exceptional building and it is very clean and polished. The CNAs are outstanding Ely and Heidi had great attitudes and responded to every call bell. Overall this is the best facility I've been to!

  My grandmother will be needing a skilled nursing facility when she gets released from the hospital. She’s had hip surgery from a fall she had in the shower. I called some of the local facilities offering such services and visited a few. the spring healthcare facility will be one to be reckoned with not just because of its state of the art facility that’s half of what any business providing such service should be responsible for but for the professional, caring feel and attention to detail. I was given a tour of the facility by Erin who was very informative, professional, kind and understanding. I

  I went in for a tour last week, I can't stop thinking about how beautiful it is, everyone I spoke with was so friendly. The nice young lady at the front desk gave me a tour. She's very kind, knowledgeable, and just a joy to be around. It is not yet time but when it is, I know where I'll be sending my parents.
