  John was hilarious! It's not just a service you get, It's an experience! Great atmosphere. Your kids won't get board in the waiting room. They do their best to make sure they get you what you need, in a timely manner. They got me the tires I requested as quickly as they could, from another store.
  I only gave them 4 stars because I got a charge, that wasn't explained to me. I think I got a warentee of some sort. I was happy though that they got me back on the road in comfort.

  Have brought several of my car's here over the years. The staff have always been friendly and do whatever they can to schedule you in. Open Saturday and Saturday which is very helpful.

  For the first time in over 24 years I took my car to a new location for an oil change and tire rotation. Took my car to Romona Tire in Murrieta. I ran into the friendly face of Jon Hale, who used to work at the last place I used to take my cars. Spent some time catching up and proceeded to have Jon and his team at Romona Tire take car of it. Great service, courteous management and competitive pricing. I have found the new home of my automotive maintenance needs.
  Thanks Jon for making me feel like a valued customer from the minute I walked in the door.
