It was the best experience that I ever had buying a car. Claudia, Marsella, and Karen was the best. One lady even made sure that I had nice fresh coffee. I am going to buy another car from them in a couple of months. Everything was done in a quick fashion. Best experience ever. I could not find my license. Claudia helped me sort and clean out my purse. I would have been embarrassed but she was very understanding and encouraging.

I sold my car with them and it was such a great experience! The staff was very friendly and it took roughly 40 minutes to complete. They were very fair with their offer and the only thing left was signing paperwork which took no time at all. Great experience and of I'm ever looking to purchase a car again they will be my first choice.

The CarMax experience was unbelievably exceptional. From the Sales Consultants assistance in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for, and not pushing alternatives, to the Business Office making the paperwork process seamless. Never have I had a better car buying experience. Why go anywhere else for a used car. CarMax does exactly what they say, "The Way Car Buying Should Be...……"

I love this place!! I started researching cars several months ago online to buy the family a new vehicle. The CarMax app was by far the easiest to use and had the best features. The comparison feature was really helpful. I love that they take pictures from the same position of each car so that it's easy to compare different types of vehicles. I got an alert on my phone about a van available that fit my search criteria and knew right away it was the one I had been waiting for. They had it transferred from another store at no charge and called me a few days later when it came in. Ruben, my sales rep, kept me updated the whole time and was so flexible with my schedule. The biggest difference was when we got there and the whole place seemed relaxed and friendly. Ruben was so helpful and wanted me to see all the features of the car. He never made us feel rushed, obligated, or pressured. They have a children's area and gave both kids coloring books! Karen helped us with the financial part and made it such an easy painless part of buying. They are so organized and coordinated with the whole process. I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience I've had.

Best place ever and best experience purchasing a car. We have used CarMax before and it was awesome. No hassles, no gimmicks-right to the point and ease of transactions. Heidi and Darlene were so professional and friendly and made us feel so comfortable and shared in the experience as if they were buying the truck we got. Doing the final papers with and signing with Shelly was a breeze and so pleasant. I can't recommend this place enough. It was fun and like a family. Thank you Heidi, Darlene and Shelly.
